1. Campaign Overview:
The "Drive Home the PEUGEOT 3008 at RM30.08" campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") is organized by PEUGEOT Malaysia (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"). The Campaign is exclusively applicable to the PEUGEOT 3008 SUV, and it offers eligible customers the opportunity to drive home a PEUGEOT 3008 with a booking fee of RM30.08.
2. Eligibility:
The Campaign is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 years and above, possessing a valid Malaysian driver's license. Specifically designated for the purchase of the PEUGEOT 3008 SUV, the Campaign is applicable solely to the Model Year 23 PEUGEOT 3008 SUV while stocks last.
3. Campaign Period:
The Campaign period commences on June 4th, 2024 and ends on August 31st, 2024 and/or until stocks last. All transactions must be completed within the specified Campaign period to be eligible for the promotional booking fee.
4. Campaign Details:
During this Campaign, eligible customers have the opportunity to secure a PEUGEOT 3008 SUV by remitting a nominal booking fee of RM30.08 exclusively for the purchase of a model year 2023 PEUGEOT 3008 SUV. PEUGEOT Malaysia operating under Stellantis Gurun (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. through their Authorised dealers shall absorb up to 10% of the vehicle value as downpayment upon valid sales made by buyer post deposit and post completing necessary formalities required by their specific Authorised dealers.
5. Booking and Payment:
Customers interested in participating in the Campaign must visit authorized PEUGEOT dealerships during the Campaign period to complete their booking. The booking fee of RM30.08 must be remitted at the time of booking to secure the promotional rate. All payments must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) in the form of cash, bank transfers or credit card only.
6. Vehicle Delivery:
The delivery of the PEUGEOT 3008 SUV is subject to availability and the standard delivery timeline of the dealership. Customers are required to complete all necessary documentation and payment procedures as per the dealership's requirements before taking delivery of the vehicle.
7. General Terms:
The Organizer reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate the Campaign period or modify any of the Campaign terms and conditions without prior notice. The Campaign is subject to the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
By participating in the "Drive Home the PEUGEOT 3008 at RM30.08" Campaign, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
