Invitations will be extended by the respective service centres.

1* - Only applicable for customers with an appointment for servicing and repairs.

2* - Only available for customer vehicles still within their original equipment manufacturer (OEM) warranty period. To be eligible, the purchase must be made at least three months prior to the OEM warranty's expiration date, and the vehicle must be within the OEM's specified mileage, with proof of service records from authorised service centres. Coverage is transferable to the new owner once the vehicle is sold.

3* - Based on insurance policies.

4* - Available for all vehicles serviced at authorised centres. Recommendations are advisory, not binding.

5* - Only applicable to parts listed under this category. Mobility support is subject to availability and approval by Stellantis.

7* - Amenities offered may vary by service centre location, only accessible during service appointments.

8* - By appointment only, walk-ins may not be guaranteed same-day service. Only applicable for minor service.
