Interested applicant is required to fill the Application Form which can be attained at the Dealer Development Department. Kindly call The Dealer Development Manager at 603-2617 7999 for further enquiries. |

The Application Form must be completed in full, NSB reserves the right not to entertain uncompleted form. Application Form must be submitted to:

Sales track record under existing business. |

Net Worth of the Company. |

Total Asset of the existing Company. |

Liquid Funds available. |

Existing facilities with the bank. |

Proposed Management / Sales Team |

Owner / Director Involvement in the operation of NSB Dealership. |

Must be strategically located in the target market area, preferable surrounding with others competitor showroom and subject to NSB evaluation / concurrence. |

Must be able to set up a 3S Centre. |

Exclusive Peugeot fully air-conditioned showroom. |

Minimum 2 shop lots size or its equivalent as approved by NSB. |

Upon Award of the Dealership |

Incorporation of new Company solely and exclusively to operate NSB models. |

Bank Guarantee favouring NSB for RM250,000.00 |

Make payment towards NSB advertising fund for RM7,000.00 annually. |

To make payment and take delivery of a physical new stocking level initially on commencement by NSB. |

Written evidence of RM1 million to supplement initial purchases of stocks. |

Furnish to NSB complete and accurate information of the company and its financial conditions as and when required. |
