Interested applicant is required to fill the Application Form which can be attained at the Dealer Development Department. Kindly call The Dealer Development Manager at 603-5565 6888 for further enquiries. |

1.2 |
The Application Form must be completed in full, NSB reserves the right not to entertain uncompleted form. Application Form must be submitted to:

All Applications for NSB Sales Dealership must be submitted to our HQ, and will be selected and evaluate as per the procedures described herein. |

|
No restriction on Bumi / Non-Bumi participation. |

Experience in Motor Industry |
|
|
|
• |
The Company and the owner / directors involvement in motor industry. |
|
• |
Sales track record under existing business. |
|
|
|
|
|
2.3 |
Financial Status |
|
|
|
• |
Net Worth of the Company. |
|
• |
Total Asset of the existing Company. |
|
• |
Liquid Funds available. |
|
• |
Existing facilities with the bank. |
|
|
|
|

2.4 |
Proposed Management / Sales Team |
|
|
|
• |
Owner / Director Involvement in the operation of NSB Dealership. |
|

Overall Experience of the operating team. |
|

Location |

• |
Must be strategically located in the target market area, preferable surrounding with others competitor showroom and subject to NSB evaluation / concurrence. |

Must be able to set up a 3S Centre. |
|

Exclusive Peugeot fully air-conditioned showroom. |
|

Minimum 2 shop lots size or its equivalent as approved by NSB. |

Follow the Peugeot standards CI specification signage's and relevant as approved by NSB. |

To implement Peugeot Avenue standards. |
|

Upon Award of the Dealership |

Incorporation of new Company solely and exclusively to operate NSB models. |

Bank Guarantee favouring NSB for RM350,000.00 |

To make payment and take delivery of a physical new stocking level initially on commencement by NSB. |
|
• |
Written evidence of RM1 million to supplement initial purchases of stocks. |
|
|

• |
Furnish to NSB complete and accurate information of the company and its financial conditions as and when required. |
