Requirements

  • SPM & above
  • Sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry will be an added advantage

May ascertain premium rates required and cash reserves necessary to ensure payment of future benefits

Responsibilities

  • Generally responsible for transporting customers by shuttle from terminal to terminal
  • Driving a transportation vehicle for passengers in a safe and courteous manner
  • Inspecting vehicle on a regular basis to identify any unsafe conditions or maintenance items. Call base to advise if there are any unsafe conditions or maintenance issues
  • Other duties to ensure productive operations, quality service, client and customer satisfaction

 

NASIM SDN BHD, GLENMARIE

PEUGEOT LA BOUTIQUE ASSISTANT

 

Responsibilities

  • The candidate must be responsible for the proper management of the sales, operations, asset protection, stock handling and replenishment and cash management of the boutique to ensure a great customer experience and optimum profitability.
  • Candidate is also expected to provide timely reports and analysis on sales at the outlet.
  • Candidate must be able to speak fluent English. Chinese will be an advantage.
  • Prior experience is an advantage but not necessary as training will be provided.

 

PARTS EXECUTIVE                                                                                                                

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and localize parts, accessories and non-accessories
  • Monitor and audit suppliers’ performance
  • Follow up with suppliers on claims from the production and after sales
  • Identify, analyze and report field quality problems and liaise with suppliers for counter measures
  • Forecast and order local parts

 

MANAGER, SERVICE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT                                                                                                                 

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall service and field operation for all branches and dealers
  • Review and evaluate the overall processes and establish Key Performance Index (KPIs)
  • Propose improvement plan in achieving higher profitability, productivity and efficiency

 

FIELD FORCE EXECUTIVES, SERVICE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT            

 

Responsibilities

  • Support and conduct assessment on the service network according to Peugeot Dealer Standards
  • Enforce countermeasures for improvement measures
  • Review and improve the workshop processes in achieving higher profitability, productivity and efficiency

 

MARKETING EXECUTIVE

 

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Marketing Manager and department colleagues
  • Assisting in the delivery of approved strategies
  • Preparing monthly A&P plans for maximum reach whilst maintaining budgets
  • Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers which involve writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers
  • Organising and attending events and exhibitions
  • Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials
  • Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies in accordance to set budgets

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communications or related disciplines is preferred.
  • At least 2 years working experience in Marketing or Public Relations
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Self-starter with good organisational and multi-tasking skills with a passion to deliver quality work while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Automotive discipline with at least 3 years related working experience or
  • STPM/SPM/SPVM/SPMV with at least 5 years related working experience or
  • MLVK or SKM certificate in Automotive (Part I and II) with at least 3 years working experience
  • Sound technical knowledge and experience in repairing continental cars.
  • Willing to accept new challenge in automotive technology
  • Possess a valid driving license,D class
  • must be able to converse in English 

 

CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER (Glenmarie, JB, Ipoh)

 

Responsibilities

  • To schedule appointments for customers
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of other local language is an added advantage.
  • To ensure customers needs are attended to at the service centre
  • To follow up with promptly update to customers
  • To ensure service centre lounge is running smoothly & well equipped
  • To handle enquiries

Requirements

  • Minimum diploma holders in any dicipline
  • Knowledge of sales and relationship building process
  • Speaks well, service oriented and client focused
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken & written Bahasa Melayu and English

 

SERVICE ADVISOR (various locations)

 

Responsibilities

  • Ascertain automotive issues by:

- listening to customer’s description of symptoms,

- clarifying description of problems

- conducting inspections on vehicles

- checking vehicle maintenance records

- examining service schedules

  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of other local language is an added advantage.
  • Handle billing & invoicing
  • Familiar with warranty claim process
  • Provide updates on vehicle status to customers

Requirements

  • Diploma in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry and several years of practical experience
  • good communication skills with a professional attitude and the ability to work closely with the workshop technicians and job controller
  • additional knowledge of SAP R3/DBM is an added advantage
  • Good command of spoken & written Bahasa Melayu and English
